Led by an operator, not just an advisor.
Rahul Mathur, Managing Partner, has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of finance, operations and technology. As Regional CIO at Compass Group he owned the transformation of a £1B+ international business: a single SAP instance across 16 countries, standardized finance, purchasing and payroll, and a 250-person organization across ten countries. He went on to serve as a Managing Director running operations in Turkey and Algeria.
Earlier he worked in New York with Merrill Lynch, Thomson Financial and Deutsche Bank, and built a consulting practice for blue-chip clients. Since founding RM Solutions Group in 2016 he has advised government organizations, established businesses and emerging companies, led technology for New York City agencies, launched YourCity Solutions, and served as Executive Vice President at Kadenze.
